GAME SUMMARY

With two outs in the last of the 6th and her Dodgers behind by 3 runs, Alli Chapdelaine flew down the first base line for a infield hit, knocking in a run and keeping a rally going which finally resulted in a 7 - 6 Dodger win. Also for the Dodgers - Will Frain made a big play at short, Cole Abdinoor was solid behind the plate, and Ethan Dwyer held the Cardinals lead in check with two scoreless innings of relief.The Cardinals were in command most of the game led by the strong pitching and hitting of Daniel McDonough, three hits by Alden Glovsky, and a number of fine fielding plays highlighted by great plays at short by Matty Dearborn and Patrick Nistle. Vitali Schreuer, Colby Cala, and Oscar Melodia also provided hitting strength in the Cardinals line up.
